Roger's journey with G-M Enterprises began in 1989 as a Field Mechanic/Welder-Fitter. Over the past 37 years, he has steadily advanced through the organization, earning the respect of colleagues and customers through his leadership, technical knowledge, and dedication to continuous improvement.
